‘The Light Facial’ is a 60 minute treatment that will restore radiance, increase skin hydration, improve the complexion, minimizes redness and spots, reduces puffiness and dark circles and lift/sculpt and drain the face.

A treatment that incorporates the Dermalux LED ‘Tri-Wave’ Light system, a luxurious, lymphatic draining and rejuvenating face massage plus Gua Sha for facial sculpting.

For best results series of six weekly treatments is recommended.

What to expect

A gentle milk cleanser is applied, using face massage and lymphatic draining techniques, to stimulate the skin and prepare the face. Following, a gentle exfoliant is applied, using a scrub that suits all skin types.

After the skin is cleansed and scrubbed, the Dermalux ‘Tri-Wave’ system will be applied to the skin for twenty (20) minutes. The light program will be tailored to the individual and depending on the skin’s needs. The ‘Tri-Wave’ is an award winning technology, used in clinical settings, by professionals, to improve various skin conditions and concerns, including skin rejuvenation, dark circles, puffiness, redness and acne or spots.

Red Light stimulates cellular renewal and is primarily used for skin rejuvenation; ideal for otherwise healthy skin. Blue Light is anti-bacterial which combats break-outs and improves active acne; Near Infra-Red Light is anti-inflammatory which reduces any redness on the skin and stimulates lymphatic drainage within the cells of the skin, which reduces puffiness and minimizes dark circles. Any one light can be applied; any two lights in combination, or all three for a more rounded application to the skin.

Following the ‘Tri-Wave’ Light application, a luxurious and lifting face massage will be performed and finishing off with ‘Gua Sha’ to further sculpt and tone the contours of the face.

Consultation and skin analysis are necessary before commencing treatment ; adding 45 minutes to the first session and £45 on top of the cost of the treatment. After the first session, only the cost of the treatment will be charged.

Contraindications include: epilepsy and light sensitivity.
